Welcome to Vocal Scores
Here you will find several hundred operatic arias for Soprano, Mezzo/Alto, Tenor and Baritone/Bass as well as early Italian songs and arias, operetta, lieder, artsong, traditional pieces and complete opera scores with more categories to become available shortly. (See our 'Just Added' Page)
VocalScores was created for the purpose of making sheet music available quickly, easily and affordably without the need to purchase expensive collections in book form for just one or two pieces.
The advantages of having a digital copy of a piece is obvious - no matter how many scribblings, markings or notes are made, you will always be able to print off a clean copy to have at you disposal for auditions (for both you and the pianist), performances etc....
Also, plans are in place to make mp3 accompaniment files available for the most popular (or requested) pieces initially, and then eventually for all the pieces on the site.

How to view our Sheet Music:
Our sheet music is distributed in Adobe .PDF format
PDF is the internet standard way of formatting and distributing documents so they can be viewed and printed on multiple platforms
1. Be sure you have the Adobe Reader application installed on your computer. This allows you to open our PDF sheet music files, whether you're online or offline.
Download our free samples from here, and if you can open them it's already installed on your computer; otherwise, just download it now from:-

This will also demonstrate our high quality content and value for money
2. After you've downloaded your free sample, you can browse for titles you would like.
3. Once you've found your preferred sheet music, it can be purchased quickly and easily via our secure online shop
Arias, song and lieder orders are processed immediately and delivered in seconds direct to your PC or MAC by email.
Opera scores (complete vocal scores) and larger pieces (i.e Bach Cantatas) are stored online due to the limitations of email (i.e. not allowing attachments above a certain size) and delivered via a download link the same day (usually within an hour if ordered during UK office hours)
